The room was spacious, but carrying luggage up the stairs was a hassle.

The stay was enjoyable, especially since we were close to the Bargello National Museum and the Basilica of Santa Croce, both just a short walk away. The highlight was the room's view overlooking a calm pedestrian street, which made our evenings lovely. Breakfast was decent enough, with fresh options available, though I did wish for a bit more variety. However, more toiletries would have been appreciated and a few details about nearby bus routes would have been helpful during our exploration of Florence.

We had a delightful 4-night stay, enjoying the comfortable double room equipped with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The location near the river made it incredibly easy for our family to access all the main attractions in Florence. The fridge in our room was a bonus for snacks and drinks, and we appreciated the friendly help from staff during breakfast.
No elevator, had to carry luggage up stairs.

What stands out – both good and bad
The quaint setting offers a simple, clean place to stay for budget travelers, remarkably close to attractions like the Ponte Vecchio and Duomo.
Be prepared for a challenging climb up 4 flights of stairs, and the breakfast might lack the variety you expect.

The location was spot on—just a hop to the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio! My room was spacious and cozy, keeping me cool in the summer heat.
Climbing those four flights of stairs felt like I was training for the Olympics—and breakfast was basically a cereal buffet! Not exactly Michelin-starred.

Location near the river made exploring nearby attractions a breeze. The room had a fantastic view and was very clean with charming original features, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, access was challenging with 37 steps to navigate, and the breakfast area felt slightly cramped and lacked variety. Additionally, it would have been helpful to have more information about nearby transport options for easier exploration.
